  • Responsibility area: Central part of Russia, Volga region, Southern part of Russia, Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, Black Sea coast
  • Participate in development and implementation of communications` part of PA&C strategy. Develop and execute annual communications plan for the region.
  • Build partnerships with external and internal stakeholders (function representatives, TCCC and Multon peers and suppliers) to develop efficient external and internal communications in advance of major company initiatives and announcements
  • Provide input on messaging, positioning, and influence stakeholders as needed to ensure communications provide context, clarity, and are aligned with our desired tone
  • Identify and coordinate press opportunities in the region
  • Develop written materials, such as blog posts, FAQs, talking points, and more to effectively communicate Coca-Cola Hellenic’s work
  • Develop strong relationships with journalists to pitch stories and communicate complex topics in simple terms
  • Train and advise spokespersons for media interviews, press conferences, and industry presentations
  • Support content development including writing, copy-editing to drive awareness and advocacy
  • Lead effort to connect employees to the company's mission and values
  • Secure IC Tools effective work (print, electronic, interpersonal)
  • Assist in running annual IC survey, monitor project reports and analysis
  • Provide communications support to CSR and sustainability projects in the region
  • Discover opportunities to implement best practices in internal and external communications. Manage own professional growth and development in communications
  • Execute key daily routines for communications (contracts management, documents execution, payments etc.)
  • IC SPOC person for region&IC coordinator and content provider for the regional and country team


  • 2+ years professional experience in PA&C
  • Experience in a wide range of communications tools
  • An established network of viable media and business contacts as a plus
  • 2+ years professional experience in Agency management
  • Experience working autonomously and collaboratively on a team and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • University degree (Linguistics/ Journalism/Public Relations or related field)
  • Advanced PC user (MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe products as a plus)
  • English: Intermediate and above
  • Proficient writing, editing and proofreading skills both in English and Russian
  • Ability to think, plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion
  • Public speaking and interpersonal communication skills; exceptional project and even management skills
  • Creative, curious and innovative mindset
