Our Client, Multinational FMCG Company, is looking for a Junior Brand Manager.


  • University degree, preferably in marketing/business/economics
  • 2 years of experience in similar position within Marketing department of FMCG/OTC Pharma/Retail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Creative mood, proactive, capability to find non-standard solutions and think out of box
  • Team player and ability to work in multifunctional team
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient MS Office user
  • Fluent English, Ukrainian and Russian speaker

Job Description:

  • Under supervision of Senior Brand Manager P&L in order to reach Revenue and Profit objectives
  • Contribute to JM annual marketing strategy development at the level of Situation Analysis and Market Forecasting
  • Build annual marketing plan for JM in ALL aspects of the Marketing Mix to ensure annual market/category and financial targets
  • Lead JM marketing projects execution effectively managing internal cross-functional teams and teams of external suppliers (e.g. agencies)
  • Manage New Products introductions for JM at Ukrainian market
  • Perform JM marketing budget controls and spendings' tracking, lead evaluation of marketing programs' effectiveness
  • In cooperation with Marketing Research and Trade Marketing/Sales teams execute monthly marketing reporting for JM (monthly retail audit data summary, monthly A&C variance analysis and financial update, monthly sell-outs analysis etc.)
  • Actively participate in market and consumer sensing research, including industry and technology development, competition, consumer trends, macroeconomics, trade universe changes, media and promotional activity
