nnovecs is an American business technology outsourcing company, headquartered in Ukraine. Our Mission is to extend Silicon Valley engineering spirit to create the best software products for our clients all over the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for inquiries from staff and external clients/visitors for CEO;
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
  • Dealing with correspondence and writing letters, taking dictation and minutes;
  • Organizing meetings for CEO and staff and ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meetings;
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
  • Plan and co-ordinate meetings, including bookings;
  • Provide reports if required;
  • Handle financial and accounting matters for CEO with confidentiality if required;
  • Prepare and send business and private correspondence;
  • Handle guest visits in accordance to the Innovecs guests policy;
  • Coordinate operations of CEO's office;
  • Coordinate CEO's calendar, business trips, meetings, and schedule arrangements for the CEO, staff, business partners, and customers;
  • Other when required.


  • Higher education
  • Fluent English, orthographic Ukrainian, Russian
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Work experience as Executive Assistant in professional services company is a plus
  • Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point (executive level))
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work (be available in the case of emergencies from 8 a.m. till 12 a.m.)
