- Welcoming and checking hotel guests in;
- Explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment;
- Checking guests out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill;
- Responding to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests;
- Providing a service in a nice, efficient, and professional way following the Standards of the brand «Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts»;
- Training and coaching team
- Preferably Degree in Tourism and Hotel Management.
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience preferably in a similar position in an international hotel chain.
- Solid knowledge of Front Office service operations.
- Ability to conduct advanced level business correspondence in Russian and English language.
- Command of English language on the level of advanced.
- Have good skills in communication, self and team management, training and coaching, leading by example, planning and organizing.
- Ability to operate operating equipment as necessary.
- Ability to operate computer equipment and /or software systems including but not limited with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Opera PMS and Internet on the level of experienced user.
