Our client is the biggest international chemical concern in Russia opens a new position of Key Account Manager (Seed Solution) in Moscow Office.
- Create, maintain and communicate sales strategy of Seed Solution within Russian Sales organization;
- Responsible for volumes planning, forecasting and pricing of Seed Solution portfolio;
- Plan and be responsible for allocated cost budget of business unit;
- Focuses on key players of Seed Treatment in Russian market and increases company's share there;
- Takes ownership and drives technical seed treatment topics at customersseed plant level:
- Implementation of new products and recipes;
- Improvement of plant productivity;
- Claim handling and issue solving;
- Organize trainings for customers;
- Co-develops and implements operative sales plans and targets;
- Takes ownership of collaboration with machinery manufacturers and shares new trends and communicate opportunities and follow up projects amon sales team;
- Develops good knowledge of and overview over technical setup at customer's treatment sites. Translates the need of customers to company's units and co-develops the right combination of chemicals, seed coatings and biologicals (integrate and complement offers);
- Not less than 3 years of Sales experience in the Agro field (plant protection products, seeds ant etc.)
- Proven high sales indicators;
- Fluent Ehglish, also may be German.
