J'son & Partners Consulting is a leading investment & strategy consultancy company in Technology, TV, Digital, Internet, Telecommunications and Financial Services with extensive experience in M&A, Advisory Services, research & marketing activities

The key priorities for 2016-2020 are:

  • Take more commercial initiatives
  • Improve margins
  • Improve Project Management and Business Processes

MANAGERIAL TARGETS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To organize, plan and manage commercial activity so as to reach weekly and monthly financial targets set.
  • Report to JP Management on a daily / weekly / quarterly / yearly bases, providing Sales reports & Sales statistics through email and Corporate CRM.
  • To develop J&P`s reputation as consultancy leader.
  • To make the utmost to deliver Revenue and Profit targets set and agreed upon.
  • Manage and develop presales, sales & PR activities [products, reports and databanks, M&A, conferences]
  • Prepare and send to Clients commercial proposals, corporate presentations, promo materials
  • Reinforce proposal send outs, follow-ups and contracts signing
  • Set meetings and lead negotiations with Clients, potential prospects
  • To participate and co-develop the Russian and global strategy
  • Promotes proactively J&P consultancy services - whenever the opportunity arise
  • Provides fast decision taking, client feedback response and problem solving resolution
  • Faces difficult client situations directly and fast, offering solutions, using appropriate discretion and Management`s advice
  • Identifies external expert resources needed and budget
  • Control Reports, Databanks & theirs updates available for Sales => make plans for Consultants for Reports & press releases publishing
  • Monitor market conditions and competition, Clients` market sectors development, news and trends
  • Promote J&P consultancy brand through Russian and International media channels (talking to press and media journalists on topics within his/her area of competence; participating in conferences and external industry events etc)
  • Team work with Profit Centers and independent work on new businesses winning (key accounts handling, market monitoring, sales leads and prospects identification; presales actions, proposals preparation and sending out, backlog increase)
  • Propose in a common work with Profit Centers specific research activities, research products and reports, that can support J&P’ business plan
  • Continually defines ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
  • Enforces standard policies and procedures

KPI:

Quantitative:

  • # of Proposals sent to Clients
  • # of Sales closed & contracts signed
  • # of Reports sold
  • # of Consultancy projects sold
  • # of new Clients per month / quarter / year
  • € Cash-in Revenue collected from projects & reports

2-3 months backlog [contracts signed and to be paid]

Qualitative:

  • Company`s growth [revenue, projects amount, global strategy]
  • Client’s feedback and appreciation
  • Quality of PR News Releases and mentions – teamwork with Profit Center Directors and JSON.TV
  • Regular Management Reporting on tasks closed, projects in progress, new business initiating
  • Corporate professional standards implementation & business processes improvement
  • Work of mouth perception by market of the consultancy service – amongst core stake holders [journalist, top industry players etc]

Sales Director shall also develop and manage marketing, press and CRM activities:

  • To be tune with global and national developments within market segments controlled by profit center
  • To cooperate with different entities at J&P to promote “PRable activities”
  • To organize, supervise critical business processes for executing sales activities for the team
  • To participate in expos and press conferences as speaker and moderator
  • To make innovative and useful suggestions for further developments of company
  • To participate in the interaction with main PR Channels
