  1. Preparation of periodic and annual management reports as established by KBL management
  2. Assistance in mid- to long-term planning
  3. Active participation in preparation of annual budget and periodic forecast updates
  4. Assistance in establishing cost centers and AFE preparation
  5. Preparation, analysis and reporting of financial and operational budgets/forecasts for KBL management according to budget/forecast schedules and templates, including variance analysis
  6. Assistance to KBL management in projects implementation of financial and operational IT application programs
  7. Assistance to KBL management in obtaining informative reports on cost of quality, inventory turnover, machine utilization, profitability and cash flow projections
  8. Preparation of cost-benefit analysis, initiation and follow up on cost cutting measures that add value to the company
  9. Any other ad hoc work as requested
  10. Responsible for the collection of financial data by mine’s divisions and departments
  11. Evaluates the cost efficiency and effectiveness of mine’s operational processes and procedures.
  12. Reviews, analyses and corrects financial reports and commentaries submitted by mine’s divisions and departments based on variance analyses
  13. Prepares and reports mine’s budgets, forecasts and performance reports for upper management
  14. One of the main point of contact from finance department to work with mining operations department


  1. Higher education with relevant specialization in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
  2. 1 - 5 years’ experience in accounting or economics preferably in extracting industries or manufacturing.
  3. Knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
  4. Knowledge of the specifics of the Company’s activity, production cycle and its processes.
  5. Knowledge of RoK legislative and other normative acts, related to financial work.
  6. Knowledge of the basics of RoK Labor Code, HSE rules and regulations, fire safety requirements.
  7. Ability to communicate issues and provide solutions for management decision.
  8. High attention to details and ability to multitask.
  9. Developed communication skills.
