- Provide administrative support to CEO .
- Prepare T&E reports for approval and submission.
- Set up meetings, book meeting rooms, prepare meeting agendas, etc.
- Help to organize business travel: book tickets, prepare internal travel requests, book hotels, etc.
- Working with various documents: copying, filing, mailing etc.
- Draft presentations.
- Provide any other support to CEO.
- Higher education
- English language – Advanced or higher
- Relevant work experience as Personal Assistant to expats required
- Software skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, electronic databases)
- Stress-resistance, readiness to cope with large volumes of information in changing environment
