Job purpose:

  • In charge of sales & business development
  • In charge of tendering activities

Job scope:

  • To target projects in Russia, plus any other project abroad where Russian Clients are involved
  • To achieve order intake considered in the budget (defined together with General Director).
  • Travel around the country to visit Clients. Present & promote the Company, have the Company qualified and inserted in Client’s bidder’s list and follow-up qualification process;

Must have:

  • Engineering degree with at least 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas and at least 8 years in business development in Oil & gas.
  • Fluent English.
  • Deep knowledge of Oil & Gas Russian market and bring his/her own portfolio of Clients and prospects;
  • Experience with various types of contracting models, familiarity with international competitive tendering and with domestic competitive tendering.
  • Familiarity with risks management
  • Capacity to quickly shoot estimate the value of a project.

Nice to have:

  • International background and previous work in similar international Engineering Company
  • Engineering experience in project execution
  • Experience in construction sites
