For Company RUSTECHNIP
- In charge of sales & business development
- In charge of tendering activities
- To target projects in Russia, plus any other project abroad where Russian Clients are involved
- To achieve order intake considered in the budget (defined together with General Director).
- Travel around the country to visit Clients. Present & promote the Company, have the Company qualified and inserted in Client’s bidder’s list and follow-up qualification process;
- Engineering degree with at least 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas and at least 8 years in business development in Oil & gas.
- Fluent English.
- Deep knowledge of Oil & Gas Russian market and bring his/her own portfolio of Clients and prospects;
- Experience with various types of contracting models, familiarity with international competitive tendering and with domestic competitive tendering.
- Familiarity with risks management
- Capacity to quickly shoot estimate the value of a project.
Nice to have:
- International background and previous work in similar international Engineering Company
- Engineering experience in project execution
- Experience in construction sites
