35% Develop, Deploy & Improve Supply Chain Planning and Logistic Capabilities
Lead the “Center of Expertise” on planning and logistic functions, providing leadership for the “How to execute” SC processes. Work in coordination with the EMEAR Supply Chain Manager and Regional Operation Director, to develop, deploy and improve necessary capabilities of function execution. Provide value to the business by assessing gaps in capabilities. Work across S&OP and Customer Service function.
25% Supply Chain Planning development
Engage with Supply Chain Planning team and business to executing business strategy. Work with team to prioritize supply chain planning initiatives. Develop supply chain planning processes (Production Planning, Material requirement planning, Inventory management), benchmarks and initiatives focused on driving better performance in KPIs ( DIO, Vendor OTIF, Production plan adherence) Network with other Cargill BU Supply Chain Planning Managers to enhance internal connectivity and bring external insight to our business execution. Identify, asses and develop talents
Develop S&OP process with continuous improvement standards.
25% Logistic development
Engage with Supply Chain Planning team and business to executing business strategy. Work with team to prioritize logistic initiatives. Develop logistic processes (Internal and Externel WH, Inbound logistic, outbound logistic, foreign activities), benchmarks and initiatives focused on driving better performance in KPIs (Logistic costs, Customer Otif) Identify, asses and develop talents. External WHs and Branches logistic routs and cost optimization, Transportation cast optimization by implement monthly (quarterly) tenders based on sales forecast.
15% Internal and external communication
Develop and Establish cooperation with other business functions to improve customer focus and performance of functions. Improve communication process to obtain and provide information timely. Learn and share best practices to reach best results
•High school education;
•Additional education in Transportation, Supply Chain or Operations / related field or equivalent experience;
•Minimum 7+ years planning & logistic management in production companies (TOP 10 in Russia);
•Experience across multiple supply chain competencies: logistics (trucks and railroad), warehouse management, FEA, demand planning, production planning, supply planning and customer Service.
•Demonstrated ability to connect functional execution to business strategy;
•Good communication skills both written and verbal;
•Collaborative approach to problem solving;
•Demonstrated capability to successfully partner with peers and senior business leaders;
•Experienced in change management;
•Good analytical skills;
•Self-motivated, results oriented with focus on continuous improvement;
•Advanced in English;
•Preferable knowledge in quality management systems, operations excellence, process improvement, six sigma; managing multiple projects.
