Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for specific region sales development for heating, ventilation, automation controls products of Honeywell. Regional Sales Manager will manage existing accounts within the region and primarily focus on developing new distributors and dealers, finding new clients, generating demand for Honeywell products within the region.

job responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales target achievement within the region and sales growth;
  • Manage existing regional dealers and make sure they grow share of Honeywell products in their overall portfolio;
  • Find new potential dealers and develop them as Honeywell customers;
  • Convert dealers from competition and grow their loyalty to Honeywell;
  • Develop demand for HVAC products at all levels including specifiers, end-users, investors, installers and dealers;
  • Provide steady flow of support in the form of weekly business reports to management, as well as updates on current events in the territory;
  • Support customers’ needs within the defined territory by timely quoting and consulting;
  • Lead the identification, qualification, prioritization of security opportunities in the country.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the organization's core competencies and operational capabilities to provide solutions for clients resulting in profitable growth;
  • Within the HVAC market, track competitor activities, client needs products, systems, prices, reports and recommends changes and improvements to management when appropriate;
  • Feedback of market‐ information to office based support and marketing teams;

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Good knowledge of HVAC, knowledge for water treatment products and solutions is a plus;
  • Experience in developing distribution networks within the specific region;
  • Basic technical knowledge allowing to sell HVAC products;
  • Experience in selling high-end market products and solutions preferably in foreign company;
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, good presentation skills, capability to convince the customer
  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated successful sales performance, preferably in high-end market segment within a foreign company;
  • Must be able to travel extensively to customer/partner sites and work with the local customer across the region;
  • Sales results oriented personality with strong communication skills, highly organized and responsible;
  • Basic knowledge of English allowing to read and write fluently
