  • Provide helpdesk support employees, including solving technical problems;
  • Take part in company IT settings and systems customization;
  • Work closely with system administrator and solving complex problems as part of the IT team;
  • Corporate applications support (like Google, telephony system);
  • IT Projects support (cabling system, telephony, new cloud system implementation);
  • IT purchasing.


  • Higher education
  • At least 1 year of experience at Helpdesk or IT administration;
  • Understanding ITIL principles;
  • Good knowledge in basics of networking and telephony systems;
  • Experience in IT purchasing;
  • Good English;
  • Motivated self-learner, ability to learn quickly;
  • Proactive, assertive and open-minded with high problem-solving capabilities;
  • Ability to work independently and respond to multiple requests in a dynamic work environment;
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as a team player;
  • BSc in Computer Science, or the equivalent from a known academic institute – an advantage.
