BMW Group Russia is looking for a dedicated and experienced person with a positive thinking and passion for BMW cars to join our dynamic and professional AfterSales team as an Accessories Sales Consultant.

Main responsibilities:

  • Development of the original accessories product sales at dealers (retrofit accessories, complete wheels, rims, tires);
  • Monitoring of dealers' annual accessories sales plan and development of activity plans for the dealer's targets achievement;
  • Analysis of dealers’ accessories sales, definition of additional potentials and establishment of activity plans with the dealers to realize the defined potentials in line with the product development in the accessories range;
  • Participation in accessories promotion / sales campaigns' development to boost sales of original accessories products range;
  • Implementation of accessories promotion / sales campaigns at dealers;
  • Analysis of accessories promotion / sales campaigns effectiveness in the relevant group of dealers;
  • Preparation of campaigns' reports with dealer’s feedback on accessories campaigns, products, prices;
  • Regular meetings with dealer’s management to review the activity plans' implementation progress;
  • Control and support of dealers in the presentation of accessories within BMW Retail Standards;
  • Coaching of dealers’ employees with focus on accessories product knowledge and sales argumentation;
  • Leading of the accessories product trainings;
  • Presentation of product news at dealers.

Required skills and competences:

  • Higher technical or economic education;
  • English - fluent (spoken and written);
  • Strong PC user (MS office and MS Excel especially);
  • Driving license “B”;
  • Experience in the automotive industry as Sales Area Manager, accessories knowledge / experience;
  • Retail and wholesale experience;
  • Knowledge of vehicle construction and functioning;
  • Knowledge of dealers Sales and AfterSales business processes;
  • Ability to promote accessories programms and initiatives with confidence;
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
  • Sales negotiations and presentation skills;
  • Self-motivated, ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to frequent local business trips;
  • Good analytical skills and creative thinking.
