What you’ll do:

  1. Provide advanced technical support to partner Service provider and Customer Contact Center.
  2. Communicate with technical support team in HQ, support resolution of escalated issues.
  3. Provide analysis of product quality, failure rate and failure reasons.
  4. Supervise/perform translation of technical documentation from English to Russian.
  5. Conduct technical trainings.
  6. Support part forecasting for Service Provider warehouse.
  7. Perform technical inspections and audit for products, processes and warehouse at Service provider and Customer Contact Center.
  8. Prepare regular reports to local and HQ managers.

What you should have:

  1. Higher technical education, preferably in electronics or telecommunications.
  2. Knowledge of Internet and GSM telecommunication infrastructure, GSM phone architecture and technology, basics of phones operation systems and applications.
  3. At least 1-year experience in GSM phones support or service.
  4. Good communication skills.
  5. English upper intermediate level.
  6. Proficient PC user, Microsoft office and data analysis tools.
  7. Readiness for moderate level of biz.trips.
