It offers customer care services, such as account set-up, pre-sales, device set-up, troubleshooting, device and service set-up, device troubleshooting, and configuration services. The company also provides knowledge as a service solutions that offer a process for the production and ongoing management of support content used across the support channels and touch-points managing customer interactions. GlobalLogic started to work with client in 2009 on OMA DM servers and OMA DM configuration system. In 2015 we continue to implement customizations and support of these systems.
