- Lead digital transformation of L’Oreal mass market brands

- Define strategy and coordinate among digital teams inside brands

- Manage a team of 5 digital managers reporting directly to brand directors and indirectly to Head of digital

- Establish KPIs and ensure successful performance

- Track media agency performance, apply media expertise to maximize efficiency of media investment

- Analyze consumer digital behavior and recommend on activities, touchpoints and innovation to ensure consumer is in the center of all brand activities

- Work closely with brand teams, trade marketing, e-commerce, market research etc. to share digital expertise and execute joint projects

- Track KPIs, analyze, develop action plans and recommendations for brand teams

- Generate ideas and propose activities to boost engagement and overall performance in digital

- Develop trend reports and strategic recommendations for brand directors and brand teams

- Collaborate with e-commerce team to ensure consistent performance and fast development

- Execute corporate digital projects in collaboration with other divisions and corporate digital team


- 5+ years of digital experience (in-house + agency preferable)

- Team management skills

- Digital media expertise, social media, content, web production expertise

- Strategic vision

- Strong project management skills

- Analytical skills

- Passion for technology and digital trends

- Excellent presentation skills
