We are looking for candidates with fluent English skills. As we are providing 24/7 service to our clients and users, we are looking for guys who are willing to work day shifts as well as night shifts(6-7 nights per month).

If you are a student or post-graduate, with great English and have a desire to work in a modern fast growing company from the world of Digital Advertising, we will happily welcome you on board and will teach you all you should know for this position.

Required skills:

— Excellent problem solving skills and business communication techniques
— Advanced communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English
— Understanding of Internet basics and strong computer skills
— Extremely proactive, organized, responsible
— Ability to work well in a team / multiple teams
— Ability to work according to flexible schedule
— Positive and enthusiastic
— Professional experience on a relevant position (Customer Support in IT sphere, Account manager, Sales manager)

Nice to have:

— International work experience
— Understanding of the advertising market
— Knowledge of Google AdWords, Bing ads, Facebook ads
— Analytical skills

— Provide excellent customer assistance through e-mail correspondence, live chat and phone calls in timely and accurate manner
— Immediately react to customers’ inquiries and decrease the response time to minimum
— Solve business and technical issues (in collaboration with technical team)
— Process and forward requests from B2B clients to Publishers and Advertisers department representatives
— Contribute to team efforts to improve and maintain the efficiency of assistance on a high level
— Develop and expand product knowledge and be aware of recent market trends
— Create and maintain the relevance of user documentation including how-to guides, user manuals, instructions and FAQs
— Be engaged into continuous self-education and cross-learning
