RN-BANK, the bank of Renault-Nissan Alliance in Russia, supporting Alliance car buyers and owners with a wide range of financial solutions, is looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to build and develop CRM solution and processes.
CRM Specialist in CRM and Digital unit.
To design and manage CRM strategy together with other departments and bank partners
To deploy and develop own CRM system aligned with sales, marketing and customer service needs
To establish and continuously improve CRM processes and campaigns via email, sms, telemarketing and other channels
To enhance Customer Database quality (email ratio, etc.)
To analyze current customers behavior to improve repeated sales results (site, mobile, offline)
To be a point for contract for CRM related inquires for other departments
To participate in Customer Data Lake project.
Excellent skills in Excel, Access
Strong skills in VBA, SQL
English (upper-intermediate or higher)
At least 2 years of experience in :
Database analytics (segments, golden moment)
Experience in establishing CRM system in B2C business.
