  • Control the purchasing plan, taking into consideration prospective alterations in specifications, marketing campaigns, change of suppliers, new product launches, optimal size of the shipment, minimization of transportation expenses, etc. for its further approval by Supervisor/ Manager Direct Materials Procurement;
  • Maintain correct document flow with relation to Procurement processes: contracts, commitment processing, price substantiations, purchasing justifications, etc.;
  • Constantly control correspondence of the purchasing plan to alterations in production plan and specifications, analyze reasons for deviations, propose/make necessary corrections in supply schedule, coordinate alterations with other departments and track their execution. Control transition dates to new/ alternative materials and provide tracking duly made in Bill of Materials by Quality Assurance & Product Development dept.;
  • Contribute to project management: participate in projects feasibility checks, delivering comprehensive risk assessment. Follow-up the status of new brand launches and product change projects (incl. marketing projects), provide all the departments involved with information, control the availability of all materials required. Check purchasing volume among suppliers and redistribute the purchasing volume in proportions set by the headquarters making all necessary changes in Bill of Materials. Support further project implementation;
  • Establish and maintain efficient relations with departments. Timely and efficient provision of updates on inter-departmental level;
  • Control due order confirmation, shipments, deliveries of in-coming materials, reasons for deviations and inform Supervisor that subsequent corrective actions were taken;
  • Provide efficient functioning of supplier’s evaluation system. Ensure efficient control over claim procedure to suppliers for getting reimbursement in due time and improving the quality of the materials supplied;
  • Develop reporting, provide the department with the required information and reduce time for its processing;
  • Actively seek for and implement process improvement and productivity opportunities. Re-visit established set-up with focus on optimization.


  • Higher education – Technical or Economical;
  • Fluent English (both spoken and written);
  • 2-3 years work experience in Purchasing;
  • Procurement functional skills;
  • Advanced PC user (MS Office: Excel - work with large data sources, pivots, knowledge of formulas; Power point - experience in creating presentations; experience in SAP is advantage);
  • Good analytical and communication skills;
  • Ability to operate efficiently with large amount of information;
  • Ability to deliver result under pressure and time constraint;
  • Responsibility and accuracy;
  • Flexibility – ability to adapt to changes and see the opportunities;
  • Negotiation skills.
