Our Client, a well-known international company, is announcing an opening for the position of Recruiter.
- supporting recruitment process in the company;
- conducting searches for open vacancies;
- managing vacancies' postings and candidates response on internal/ external job boards;
- interviewing candidates, conducting primary selection;
- organizing interviews, receiving and communicating feedback to/from internal clients and candidates;
- providing counseling support to internal clients at all stages of the selection process;
- gathering references on final candidates from previous employers;
- preparing and negotiating job offers for the candidates;
- promoting employer as "best place to work";
- providing constant monitoring of Ukrainian labor market.
- university Degree;
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting;
- good knowledge of various recruiting tools and search methods, experience of successful placements for different levels and directions of vacancies;
- good working knowledge of English;
- advanced PC user;
- excellent communicative, organizational and project management skills;
- energetic, initiative, flexible, adaptable;
- able to multitask and to work with strict deadlines.
