We are looking for a high-energy Marketing professional that can balance strategic thinking with the best-in-class tactical execution to join bpm'online's marketing team.
The role is focused on growth of awareness and customer database for our innovative CRM solution across the North America market and around the world. You take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the brand's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, and external communications, you help shape the voice of the brand and the products and help the company grow a loyal client base.

Contribute to business development strategy for bpm'online products and ensure best-in-class execution of the strategy
Spearhead a mix of channels to acquire new customers for our B2B products
Ensure effective, branded marketing communications including the company website, print communication, and advertising
Manage launch campaigns for new products
Develop marketing materials in order communicate brand messages effectively
Create and maintain a portfolio of customer success stories, references, and recommendations for the North America region
Analyse the effectiveness of all marketing efforts
Collaborate closely with sales and operations to track progress and reporting on lead generation, conversion, and win/loss
Serve as marketing generalist, stewarding consumer insights, industry trends, innovation
Who is a successful candidate
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise and a record of marketing initiatives that deliver growth and engagement. We're excited about marketers who have a strong execution orientation and know how to create value in a cross-functional, fast-paced and high performing team.
2+ years marketing experience
University degree in marketing, business, communications or related field
Superior written and verbal communication skills in English
Possess deep B2B marketing experience and passion for IT, software, tech, B2B internet products
Understands and can demonstrate competency working with different marketing channels and methodologies. Campaign development and implementation skills
Expert in Internet and social media strategy with a demonstrated track record
Great PR and communication skills
Hands-on operator who has a strong execution orientation
Team player who has a persistent commitment to excellent collaboration across teams
Effective in dynamic, high-growth, fast paced environments
Self motivated, creative and lateral thinker
