Financial Director Russia


  • Commercial responsibility and active management of the Russian legal entity in terms of Finance, Controlling, Supply Chain, Billing and IT
  • Support of contract management for the legal entity with newly activated sale and manufacturing activities
  • Implement and optimize the transfer-pricing as well as relevant legal and tax documentation
  • Identify and realize savings potentials as well as implementation of measures to increase efficiency and to ensure that approved expenses are not exceeded
  • Create and develop the transparency of all financially relevant processes and control the main KPIs of the organization
  • Responsible for regular reporting to the board of the Russian organization and the European Headquarter
  • Recruit, lead and develop the teams in the Finance and Supply Chain Department
  • Control and manage the budget, liquidity, cash flow and credits of the company
  • Supervise the correct execution of local accounting and all closings according to local law and RUS-GAAP as well as group GAAP
  • Co-operate with auditors, public and tax authorities, bank-institutes and insurances


  • University degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering or comparable training
  • Experience of reporting in international company groups
  • Knowledge and experience of project management in an international environment
  • Sound knowledge of RUS-GAAP / IFRS / HGB
  • Knowledge of tax matters in Russia is an asset
  • SAP knowledge in the fields of FI/CO would be an advantage
  • Having at least 5-6 years of proven experience in a similar position preferably in an international company
  • Self-motivated, proactive, well organized and also with good communication and social skills
  • High approach of cooperation with the international Board
  • Very operational, pragmatic and hands-on working style
  • Team player personality with high reliability and integrity to keep the companies compliance rules
  • Leadership experience is a must
  • Fluent Russian and English is required, German is an asset
