One of the biggest international pharmaceutical companies GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare is looking for Digital manager.

Key responsibilities:

  • To deliver planned sales, share, profit and gross margin for the category in line with brand prioritisation
  • To influence the Global Business Leads’ strategy to deliver the most powerful set of digital assets for CEE
  • To work closely with Area Marketing Managers to understand brands’ strategies and key needs in digital area
  • To create the CEE digital strategy, directing efforts to the most appropriate brands and categories
  • To influence across the matrix: Global - Area - LOC to develop the most effective digital plans for our brands and to assure brilliant execution of those
  • Work closely with global digital Category leads and Area Marketing Managers to develop assets required for CEE digital strategy deployment
  • Inspire and influence Area Marketing Managers to drive digital activities for CEE priority brands
  • Work closely with local digital managers to understand their needs and support them in local digital plans creation and implementation
  • Work closely with marketing team in markets, where digital manager position not existing, to understand local needs and support them in local digital plans creation and implementation
  • To drive CEE growth strategy through impactful cross functional relationships and outstanding execution of digital plans
  • To rigorously analyze performance of the digital activities in CEE, proactively managing any course correction required and to be aware of performance in the wider area and to act as a source of guidance to other markets
  • To build powerful relationships with GM’s, CEE marketing head, CEE Marketing Managers and the Area LT as part of a high performing MLT
  • To develop, inspire and motivate Local digital marketing managers and proactively build a network of marketers responsible for digital across the area
  • To lead the capability drive for digital up-skilling within the area, including on the job support, as well as proactive recommendation of required trainings (including DAP)
  • To identify and nurture key talent within the area; own succession plan for Area Digital Manager

Basic Requirements:

  • Ability to devise digital marketing strategies to deliver value as part of the integrated communications mix
  • Demonstrate expertise of digital planning tools & techniques and developing insights and creative marketing solutions. Including detailed knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (PPC and SEO)
  • Passion for new and emerging platforms but with ability to navigate and prioritize digital tactics based on business objectives and consumer adoption of digital media
  • Proven project management skills - capable of delivering complex plans and multiple, parallel projects
  • Web analytics skills and analysis of consumer online behavior to deliver actionable insights
  • Ability to effectively manage agencies and to work in large cross functional teams
  • Project financial management

Preferred Requirements:

  • Understanding of the consumer healthcare market or experience of working within complex market regulations
