Our Client, Multinational FMCG Company, is looking for a Sales Operations & Service Manager, Professional


  • University degree in Economics or Marketing;
  • At least 5 years of work experience in Consumer Marketing or Trade Marketing or Sales Development;
  • At least 1 year experience in Field Sales - Modern Trade or Key Accounts with retail merchandising and promotion practices;
  • Managerial experience at least 3 years;
  • Ability to understand strategic business development of the organization;
  • Complex understanding of the situation and ability to quickly and effectively make a decision and solve a problem;
  • Ability to learn on-the-fly and constant self-development and self-learning;
  • Personal Leadership and drive for results;
  • Ability to understand Company’s mission and long-term objectives;
  • PC skills: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Power Point;
  • Fluent English, Ukrainian and Russian;

Job Description:

  • To create and manage Channel Growth Projects and Operations align with Professional Strategies;
  • To develop and manage all Professional KPI’s and ensure respective tracking and monitoring system creation as a tool for the Professional Sales Force;
  • Provide Sales Force with necessary instruments for Channel Growth Strategies implementation, education, trainings and practical skills development;
  • To manage Channels P&L with key focus on Gross to Net (Trade Incentives and Non Performance Deals), A&P (Displays cost),
  • To establish framework and guidelines for trade channel monitoring, data collection, consolidation and analysis and competitors activities monitoring in order to ensure business critical information is provided on a timely basis and in a consistent way;
  • Develop Sales analytical & IT support with defined areas of responsibility inside, supervise the processes of regular providing analytical/IT support on operational and strategic planning in Sales organization and other involved departments;
  • To develop and foster close work relationship between Professional Marketing and Field Sales Force to ensure alignment and maximum results achievement on all planned projects;
  • To lead and develop the Sales Operations & Service team providing constant feedback, coaching, functional and non-functional training programs and performance management in order to ensure continuous professional growth and maintain motivation.
