- Control of the order receiving from key accounts.
- Follow up quantities and assortment in the orders.
- Logistic service follow up (cas fill-rate, on-time deliveries).
- Control of account receivable.
- Update of sales plan for the group of key accounts.
- Preparation of client`s card by delivery address.
- Control of on-time and correct documentation flow for shipments.
- Preparation of «Trade marketing» documents and follow up of «Trade marketing» payment on-time.
- Preparation of specifications for assortment listing.
- Preparation of new price-lists in Client’s form in case of price change.
- Sales and plan fulfillment analysis for the group of key accounts.
- Analysis of logistic service level.
- Preparation of weekly and monthly internal reports on group of key accounts.
- Preparation of reports on demand of the manager.
- Monthly communication of promo-plans and status of situation to field force people.
- Strong communication skills, analytical thinking
