Position Purpose statement:

Manage process and execution systems of Category Growth Strategies and Picture of Success in Traditional Trade channel (Main shelf, MSL, PROMO) providing FSF with channel enablers/tools.


  • Development of business-analytical tools and forecast models (market dynamic, volume trend, etc.)
  • Building data structure, and deep analysis of data bases
  • Analysis of sales effectiveness, promo and activations
  • Evaluation of trade marketing programs
  • Other market players promo Monitoring and preparing proposals for further activations
  • Responsible for test promo: collaboration with sales team, tracking, analysis, proposals
  • Assortment analysis
  • Market analysis based on Nielsen data
  • Development and analysis of sales KPIs
  • Budget planning and monitoring
  • Store audit final results preparation


  • University degree
  • 1+ years trade marketing/sales experience or in similar function
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proved track record in work with big data
  • Initiative and able to propose new technical solution for reaching solving analytical tasks
  • English - intermediate
  • Excel - advanced user
  • Power Point - base user
