Comedy and Entertainment:

  • Development of the digital strategy for C&E brands together with Brand Manager
  • Implementation of the digital strategy and plan according to the marketing plan
  • Development of C&E websites, including content production, creative and promotion
  • Plan and hold FY digital budget (pre approved by Brand Manager)
  • Manage C&E social media sites, as well as lead SMM Specialist (outsourced)
  • Responsible for daily maintenance and programme scheduling across Paramount Comedy and Paramount Movie channels websites and local social media pages (ie Facebook, Twitter, VK, etc).
  • Creating content and copy for the website and in-line with the digital strategies and optimisation of the user experience and usage.
  • Upload content (video and editorial) to site Content Management Systems.
  • Create and maintain the content digital media roadmap
  • Publish content live to sites according to the digital strategies and action plans
  • Reporting/Tracking online statistics across various local sites
  • Prepare creative briefs and manage and implement digital media content projects
  • Work with design/creative agency and copywriters/contributors
  • Develop, manage and implement digital communication projects
  • Develop partnership relations with 3rd party digital media sites
  • Communicate with local bloggers, develop a key-blogger database
  • Archive DM content to ensure all materials are readily available when required
  • Content management of Paramount Comedy ( and websites, coordination of Search Engine Optimisation, moderation of Web 2.0 functions on the EM’s digital properties
  • Support the technical teams in implementing updates to the websites
  • Assisting third parties in applying digital guidelines to their properties
  • Maintain close relationship and cooperation with Paramount Comedy and Paramount Channel teams regarding content priorities and linear TV schedules
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Comedy & Entertainment marketing/coms manager and channels head
  • Finding and briefing contractors
  • Participation in creative brainstorming including channel promos, marketing campaigns and events
  • Maintain relationship with CC UK DM team

Youth and Music:

  • Support MTV Marketing, Communications and Digital Manager with all Marketing and Brand activities by arranging digital and social media campaigns
  • Organise and manage campaigns in digital and social media aimed at but not limited to promoting MTV, its properties, joint activities with affiliates
  • Work closely with the Digital team to ensure alignment of all marketing activities with social media
  • Participate in creating concepts for sponsorship campaigns for MTV brands and ensure their digital implementation
  • Arrange own channel promotion campaigns as well as clients’ and partners’ campaigns in digital and social media including but not limited to banners placement, LPs design, monitoring contest entries, communicating with the online audience and compiling reports for clients
  • Organize contests for consumer audience in order to drive brand engagement and increase awareness of key properties
  • Contribute to growing the audience of MTV social media by arranging paid and barter campaigns with other media, ensuring SMM or SEO (if needed) activities are arranged on on-going basis
  • Develop Social Media campaigns, which responds to the specifics of each particular network
  • Lead SMM Specialist (outsourсed)
  • Develop the gifts for the Social Networks contests and run the production process
  • Develop landing pages for special campaigns
  • Manage digital agencies
  • Take active part in MTV digital development (Digital platform development)

Ideal Candidate:

  • Demonstrated creative and lateral thinking ability
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Expert knowledge of content/media regulation in Russia
  • Ability to work well within tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Very organised and efficient
  • Technically capable, passionate about digital media/content creation
  • Multitasker, stress resistant


  • Experience of digital media, specifically online site management and production
  • Experience of content creation and management
  • Experience of drafting and applying content guidelines, specifically in-line with local laws and cultures
  • Experience working with CMS
  • Experience working with local bloggers/opinion leaders
  • Understanding of SEO and relevant tools
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Viacom International brands preferred
  • Analytical skills relevant for digital campaigns media planning and post-campaign analysis
  • Skills of running several projects simultaneously
