Job purpose: Ensures implementation of the CVP strategy in the Customer, brand, and product management processes, and creates added value for Experts through development and improvement of long-term relationship, with the aim of achieving sustainable growth and development of the Country


Establish and shape medical rationales and concepts to support Key brands with a specific focus on Experts' educational content.

  • Enhance scientific/professional image of JGL by contributing to the creation of on and offline customer education
  • Pro-actively identify and suggest medical insight and initiatives as it relates to key Experts' target groups at different levels of complexity
  • Preparation and delivery of educational content to internal and external audiences: Presentations, Cycle books
  • Assist in creation and review of marketing plans and programs providing medical inputs and being responsible for medical consistency and/or gaps

Establish a strong connection with KOLs for Key Brands, in order to drive awareness and loyalty among specialists and generate prescription of the function area and its compliance with the corporate strategy and values.

  • Develop, manage and leverage clinical relationships support broad business goals (e.g. presentations, clinical researches & evaluations). Identify and develop speakers to participate in programs, symposia, round tables
  • Work closely with the International Speaker’s on identifying and providing leadership to newly established speakers (local KOL’s)
  • Initiate and coordinate the process of including Key brands to the medical protocols, in close cooperation with all stakeholders of the industry

Elaborate and ensure the implementation of Yearly brand actions plan, in-line with corporate plans as well as main events in the related industries (congresses, etc)

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for the medical marketing components across Key brands through partnering with key stakeholders in corporate communications and product management
  • Maintain a diverse portfolio of strategic clinical relationships, encouraging interest, study, support, and acceptance of JGL’s products in the market place for existing and potential applications (ex. tenders)
  • Develop influential market messaging from the clinical data and drive distillation messages to key stakeholders: external (doctor, pharmacists), and internal (FF)


  • Education: higher medical /pharmaceutical
  • Desirable experience in pharmaceutical companies;
  • Desirable education in marketing, knowledge of Kazakh and English languages.
