Sales Department Coordinator (декретная ставка)

Responsibilities:

  • docflow coodrination (in and out) (merch docs in regions, bills for regional offices and etc)
  • incentive trips to Maisons organisation and coordination
  • travel and administration support to Sales, On Premise and Off Premise Directors
  • T&E sales budget quarterly tracking
  • regional sales meetings organisation and coordination
  • advance reports to accounting preparation
  • preparing contracts, reports, addendums, request forms etc
  • work with archive
  • assist to sales managers with sales process
  • handling travel arrangements for the sales department
  • scheduling meetings and conferences
  • collecting data and information and collating them into graphs and charts
  • taking minutes of the meeting and then typing out and distributing to all attendees
  • facilitating communication between the sales and marketing department and other departments of the organization
  • devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • taking on some of the manager's responsibilities and working more closely with management
  • control of contract conditions; promo conditions, etc

Requirements:

  • education: High education;
  • languages :Russian, English fluent;
  • advanced user of MS Office applications - Word, Excel, Power Point, ERP systems – SAP;
  • ability to work with large information flows and the huge number of people at all levels;
  • confident individual with exceptional multi-tasking and organisational skills;
  • result oriented;
  • close attention to detail;
  • ability to work under pressure;
  • strong communication skills.
