International group ACCOR - European leader in hospitality industry - opened a new project in Moscow, close to DYNAMO metro station– Hotel ibis Moscow Dynamo.

The new hotel will offer 317 rooms, 5 conference halls from 33 to 67 m2-, one restaurant with 180 seats, bar, free wifi and 24/7 service with 15 minutes guest satisfaction guarantee.

Your duties will include:

  • To work closely with and inform the Front Office Manager of any unusual activities that occur daily
  • Assist the Front Office Manager in supervising, organizing, directing and coordinating the staff and activities of the Front Office
  • Do a daily inspection and control to all Front Office section at least 60% of the time; ensure that Front Office Employees perform their daily duties according to required standards
  • To provide a friendly welcome and high-quality service over the phone and on the guests arrival to the hotel.
  • To find suitable solutions to meet customers needs depending on the possibilities available at the hotel.
  • To carryout all necessary operations when guests arrive and depart (check-in/ check-out)
  • Respond to a wide range of guest requests and promote hotel facilities
  • Manage invoicing payments and cash operations during the night shift
  • Check the “room report” and keep housekeeping informed of any modifications

What profile are we looking for?

  • High education
  • Experience in FO department – not less than 2 years
  • High level of written, and speaking English; possession of other foreign language is a plus
  • Knowledge of specialized hotel programs (OPERA)
  • Guest & Sales oriented and service minded
  • Ability to listen and anticipate
  • Diplomacy and self-control
  • Well organised
  • Smile!
