Application Engineer (Инженер по внедрению и поддержке продуктов)

Providing high-tech products and cutting edge technology requires specialized and professional people who can make a difference. To match the needs of our rapidly expanding global customer base, we are seeking the following position in our Moscow office.


  • Repair functionality
    • Successfully connect to client site to verify and reproduce the problem. Diagnose root cause of problems. Complete repairs within SLA timeframes. Get system to function properly as quickly as possible
  • Customer Support
    • Provide technical customer support through task assigned processes using code changes, updates, testing and QA methods to ensure product functionality.
    • Provides technical support 24/7 via telephone, email or other for Customers (1 week per month)
  • Software release
    • Provides Modular software release testing and updates as applied to Russian version of release
  • Training to Customers
    • Provides Modular product training to Customers
  • Assist Sales
    • Assists Sales team for technical details of system software and wireless for Modular installations
  • Customizations
    • Provides development, testing, and deployment of customer specific customizations for Modular products.
  • Technical translation
    • Assists with technical translation of documents and presentations for marketing, sales, and training materials
  • Software Support
  • Provides software configuration and programming support for major system installations

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Must speak English
  • Degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering
  • Ability to travel at least 30% both domestically and internationally
  • Transact-SQL Programming
  • Troubleshooting
    • Determines when investigative calls to customer are required to solve issues
    • Asks customers appropriate questions to properly scope the problem
    • Gains an understanding of customers’ needs and how they use the product
    • Invests necessary time to identify root cause
    • Requests assistance from more knowledgeable team members when unable to identify root cause or solution
