Обязанности:

  • Generating, managing and executing of marketing strategy for appropriate product(s), ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support overall strategy and goals
  • Being responsible responsible for the development and effective utilization of appropriate market, product and competitor knowledge in Russia
  • Reviewing key target audience (vet, pet shop assistants etc) together with Regional Representatives and KAM for receiving a feedback from the market about Bayer CAP portfolio and competitors, checking Bayer sales messages and optimization of the sales/marketing interface
  • Creating and managing strategic and operational plans for product(s) / product group(s) in order to support delivery of product targets and contributes to the strategic direction and effective management of the product group(s)
  • Generating and leading innovative projects in order to aggressively drive CAP marketing and CAP brands sales
  • Preparing necessary POSM for each promo cycle in time
  • Collaborating with key national/regional vet associations to maintain and strengthen the Bayer CAP position on the market.
  • Ensuring company participation in key veterinarian events.
  • Preparing Bayer booth and promotion of CAP products during events.
  • Initiating, directs/managing and analyzing effectiveness all marketing activities for the respective product/product group
  • trainings Regional Representatives and KAM with positioning CAP portfolio marketing and sales programs by setting sales messages, assisting with sales targeting and customer prioritization

Требования:

  • University degree, preferably in medicine
  • Marketing experience within western PH company 3+ years
  • Excellent communicative and oratory skills
  • Ability to build effective collaborations
  • Experience on the PC and a good knowledge of all MS Office applications
  • English language (written and spoken ) not below intermediate level
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial approach. Creates practical strategies with a customer focus
  • Creative and analytical
  • Sets priorities, then drives hard to achieve targets
