The role will include:

- Provide 1st level support to internal clients;

- Install and configure computers and other equipment;

- Develop end-user documentation;

- Assist other team members;

- Provide stock and inventory management;

- End user training.

To be considered you should possess:

- Higher technical education;

- Good knowledge of computer hardware and software;

- Practical knowledge of installation and maintenance of computers;

- Good written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English;

- Working experience in IT area is a plus;

- User-friendly, polite, patient, ready to help;

- Able to explain technology in simple, understandable way;

- Ready to work under pressure\overtime (seldom);

- Responsible and reliable;

- Service minded;

- Ready to learn;

- Team player.
