Preply is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Kiev office. We appreciate our customers and strive to give more proven value for both the customers and the company.
- Proactively working with customers to ensure onboarding, customer adoption, deeper utilization to drive satisfaction with the Preply platform;
- Educating customers with best practices to maximise value from using our product;
- Develop strong relationships with customers using all possible methods of communication (email, chat, phone etc.);
- Serving as customer advocate while returning important customer data and insights to the Product team;
- Driving revenue throughout meeting upsell and retention targets.
- 2 years+ experience in Customers Success or Sales;
- Proven customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills both English and Russian;
- Strong critical thinking, analytic, and problem solving abilities;
- Highly data-driven while making decisions;
- Understanding online software products and services (SaaS)
- Good team player but still a self-starter.
