Preply is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Kiev office. We appreciate our customers and strive to give more proven value for both the customers and the company.


  • Proactively working with customers to ensure onboarding, customer adoption, deeper utilization to drive satisfaction with the Preply platform;
  • Educating customers with best practices to maximise value from using our product;
  • Develop strong relationships with customers using all possible methods of communication (email, chat, phone etc.);
  • Serving as customer advocate while returning important customer data and insights to the Product team;
  • Driving revenue throughout meeting upsell and retention targets.


  • 2 years+ experience in Customers Success or Sales;
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills both English and Russian;
  • Strong critical thinking, analytic, and problem solving abilities;
  • Highly data-driven while making decisions;
  • Understanding online software products and services (SaaS)
  • Good team player but still a self-starter.
