THIS MULTI NATIONAL COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES FLUENT IN MOTH RUSSIAN AND ENGLISH.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE ONE WHO CAN RUN OUR BRAND NEW PROJECT CALLED “CUBE ONLINE SERVICES” THE WORLDWHIDE INTERNATIONAL PROJECT IN A PARTNERSHIP WITH GOOGLE.

ALL INTERVIEWS WILL BE CONDUCTED IN INGLISH, AND ONLY RESUMES WRITTEN IN ENGLISH WILL BE CONSIDERED

Purpose of the Role:

  • To support, manage and progress client projects and campaigns to maximize customer acquisition for client and sales partners within the external network of marketing companies, and their field representatives.
  • To insure all day-to-day operations are managed effectively and efficiently.
  • To analyze data, create reports and provide up to date and timely statistics for all elements of the business.
  • To maintain the communication and information exchange between Russian and UK branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To be the first point of contact for the day to day running of the campaign/project for the Network of Marketing Company Managing Director and Administrator, Senior Management and the Clients.
  • To insure all day to day key tasks are managed effectively. Efficiently and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • To support and build relationships with Owners and Administrators.
  • To provide all necessary tools to the Marketing Companies and field representatives to effectively carry out Client campaign and/ or tests.
  • To maintain relationship with client(s) to insure compliance to regulatory bodies and contractual obligations are met and client satisfaction is achieved.
  • To be knowledgeable and up to date with market changes and competitors in the industry we represent our client in.
  • To facilitate any product development or new product tests within the campaign.
  • To identify and action improvement opportunities for SGI International and client(s). to provide relevant information to Management (and other parties as necessary) in order to move projects forward and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • To actively improve processes and seek timely and effective resolutions to any issues that arises.
  • To facilitate any product development or new product tests within the campaign.
  • To ensure effective communication is achieved with the Management Team, Client Account Team and Operations and to provide analytical and solution providing sales performance and operational reporting.
  • To manage the Quality Assurance program to ensure high standards of customer acquisition processes are adhered to.
  • Performance management of staff as and when required. To set objectives to any team members an provide the appropriate development plans for the team.
  • Any other reasonable duties that the manager assigns.

Qualifications Required

  • University graduate preferable.

Experience required

  • Minimum 1 year in a similar or equal position.

  • Experience in analyzing data and preparing reports.
  • Logistical skills.

Working hours

Normal hours of work 09:00 am to 5:30 pm although flexibility is required for additional hours and weekend work and meetings as required.

Salary is competitively discussed.
