  • Handle visa applications according to standard procedures – greeting customers, supporting completion and checking of applications, obtaining biometric data and other documentation
  • Follow the defined filing and administration process, guided by a computer-based system
  • Provide a first-class service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Support the provision of a healthy and safe working environment through good personal and team practices
  • Keep customers information confidential as well as respect and apply security procedures


  • University or college degree in foreign language / teaching or other majors with good command of Russian and English; French / German speaking is a plus
  • 1-2 years of related working experience is preferred
  • Skills and abilities:
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated, responsible and detail-oriented
    • Fast-learner, professional attitude
    • Customer-service oriented

Temporary 3 month employment contract with the potential to sign permanent contract
