- Handle visa applications according to standard procedures – greeting customers, supporting completion and checking of applications, obtaining biometric data and other documentation
- Follow the defined filing and administration process, guided by a computer-based system
- Provide a first-class service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Support the provision of a healthy and safe working environment through good personal and team practices
- Keep customers information confidential as well as respect and apply security procedures
- University or college degree in foreign language / teaching or other majors with good command of Russian and English; French / German speaking is a plus
- 1-2 years of related working experience is preferred
