We are seeking candidates who have the desire and commitment to help us achieve our mission, as well as develop our adjacent markets around the world. We are presently seeking Customer Service Manager in Moscow/Domodedovo Airport location.


  • Maintain strong and open communication with customers and Customer Service Centers (CSCs)
  • Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
  • Handle complex and escalated customer service issues
  • Define and communicate customer service standards
  • Ensure understanding, adherence and improvement of key processes
  • Participate and lead the menu presentation for the customer jointly with Chef
  • Preparation of the menu specification approved by Customer
  • Ensure production have all information about Customer menu spesification by preparation and maintaing updates in time
  • Direct the daily operations of the customer service team
  • Ensure daily operations have all nececary guidelines in order to provide the high quality service to the Customer
  • Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery
  • Organaize contol over Customer's equpment (stock take control ; maitain data in Customer's software)
  • Maintaining the data received from the Customer in the Operation Software (flight schedule, menu, rotation, prices in 1c)
  • Communicate with the Customer timely all the changes concerniong agreed menu or services
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability
  • Review and assess customer service contracts
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities


  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Proficiency in English
  • Customer service orientation
  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
