Personal Assistant to Event Director (home-office)
We are looking for a candidate who is fast, energetic and goal-oriented hard-worker and interested in personal & professional development in the sphere of international relations.
- Different activities supporting everyday working life:
- communication with international partners on behalf of Event Director (emails, phone calls)
- copywriting (news, reports about company activities, sometimes articles, etc)
- social media updating (business accounts)
- working issues/tasks database maintenance
- other related activities
- Fluent English
- Accuracy & Thoroughness & Diligence (MUST)
- Meticulous attention to details (MUST)
- Excellent English writing skills
- Excellent internet & gadget skills
- Knowledge of business correspondence & business etiquette, politeness, international comity
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly
- Salary: 10 000 RUR (fixed) + 5 000 RUR (bonus)

- Distant work (home-office). Please be informed that during training period you will have to work in the office.
- Working hours: 5-6 hours per day (between 09.00-17.00)
