Personal Assistant to Event Director (home-office)

We are looking for a candidate who is fast, energetic and goal-oriented hard-worker and interested in personal & professional development in the sphere of international relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Different activities supporting everyday working life:
    • communication with international partners on behalf of Event Director (emails, phone calls)
    • copywriting (news, reports about company activities, sometimes articles, etc)
    • social media updating (business accounts)
    • working issues/tasks database maintenance
    • other related activities

Requirements:

  • Fluent English
  • Accuracy & Thoroughness & Diligence (MUST)
  • Meticulous attention to details (MUST)
  • Self-motivation
  • Excellent English writing skills
  • Excellent internet & gadget skills
  • Knowledge of business correspondence & business etiquette, politeness, international comity
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly
  • Result-orientation

Conditions:

  • Salary: 10 000 RUR (fixed) + 5 000 RUR (bonus)
  • The candidates from VORONEZH are most welcome!
  • Distant work (home-office). Please be informed that during training period you will have to work in the office.
  • Working hours: 5-6 hours per day (between 09.00-17.00)
  • Official contract
