Job Responsibilities:

  • Job purpose:
  • Responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic and operational brand plans
  • Key Results (Principal Accountabilities):
  • Creates and delivers operational plans appropriate to life cycle of brand to optimise return for GSK
  • Monitors business performance and external environment via appropriate tools and delivers corrective action as required to meet the business objectives, market trends, competitors, performance$
  • Proactive development of marketing and promotional mix to meet brand objectives
  • Acts as brand champion to create enthusiasm and focus internally and with external customers and agencies
  • Accurate management of expenditure budgets which support the brand plan
  • Manages external agency relationships to plan and deliver initiatives that support the brand
  • Management of sales and production of forecasts to optimise the supply chain effectiveness
  • Acts as a role model for brand marketers generally within GSK

  • Medical/Pharmaceutical/Chemistry degree
  • Marketing management degree (desirable)
