  1. Ensures that the overall country business plan addresses the challenges to win new consumers and confirm existing ones
  2. Take full ownership for all marketing activities in Ukraine
  3. Lead process of annual national Marketing business plan development and implementation
  4. Generates consumer insights, shapes ATL & BTL strategies, steers the right product & packaging portfolio as well as consumer pricing decisions and shapes marketing and trade investments
  5. Manage an advertising plan and digital media initiatives in line with global strategy
  6. Foster collaboration between sales and marketing, driving 360 degree approach with relevant initiatives in order to increase impact and efficiency
  7. Establish media partnerships to optimize content distribution in TV, web, radio, print and mobile
  8. Manage work of marketing function, regularly assess and identify the development needs of the marketing team, and work together with human resources to make it happen

  6. Strong planning and budgetary skills
  7. Knowledge of the ‘fast moving’ consumer goods industry, including agency and sales insights and/or profound background in sports and/or culture marketing and/or the media business/digital world
  8. Clear understanding of markets, sales & distribution, competitor activity and consumer behavior in a brand and FMCG context
  9. Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends
  10. Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills
  11. Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills
  12. Fluent English
  13. Minimum of 5 years marketing managerial experience
