To ensure the high-standard operation and further developments of the Company program and effective payment methods for B2C customers in Russia.


  • Maintain Loyalty gifts and rewards range, leaflets
  • Manage Loyalty Customer Service Center
  • Manage and maintain Smart Online and Company App
  • Data Privacy focal point
  • Manage ATL and BTL agencies, responsible for Loyalty communication materials
  • CRM campaigns management and cooperation with central CRM agency
  • Negotiation and manage local suppliers and partners, contracts management and cooperation with legal
  • Monthly closing (SAP)


  • Experience in Marketing
  • 2 years of experience in Marketing of Retail Company
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Project Management skills
  • Open, proactive and supportive personality
  • Fluent English


  • Work in Big international company
  • Multinational team
