16.07.2015 the International group ACCOR - European leader in hospitality industry - opened a new project in Moscow, close to DYNAMO metro station– Hotel ibis Moscow Dynamo.

The new hotel offers 317 rooms, 5 conference halls from 33 to 67 m2-, one restaurant with 180 seats, bar, free wifi and 24/7 service with 15 minutes guest satisfaction guarantee.

Main responsibilities:

  • Carry out Recruitment of all staff levels, interview applicants in order to define their level of competence
  • Organize and carry out the staff Trainings according ACCORHOTELS standards
  • Perform all record keeping (100 pax) include military reporting
  • Carry out accounting of working hours, is responsible for preparation the time sheets and all necessary documents (time schedules/tables)
  • Control and prepare the employees’ vacation schedules
  • Monthly staff reporting according ACCORHOTELS standards
  • Together with heads of departments participate in decision taking with respect to employment, transfer, promotion, disciplinary sanctions and dismissals
  • Take part in planning of the staff social development, appraisals, resolution of labor conflicts and disputes
  • Prepare the Employer’s budget in part related to salary, staff list and staff needs
  • Organizes and controls preventive and medical examinations of staff (control medical books and health passports)
  • Organize corporate events for the employees
  • Close working with placement services, mass media and educational institutions
  • Create and maintain the atmosphere of support and understanding for the staff

Our requirements:

  • Education: Higher education in HR, or sociology or pedagogy+Certificate of professional HR administration education;

  • Work experience: No less than 6 year work experience in HR

  • English language skills: fluently

  • Good looking, literate speech
  • Polite
  • Smile!
