  • Rapid recruitment & retention of new client targets to Sales Effectiveness solutions


  • Set, meet & exceed sales objectives for the geography
  • Commercial accountability for client targets
  • Aggressively expand the customer base:
    • Identify high potential Sales Leader prospects
    • Drive a culture of relentless prospecting into sales routine
    • Best-in-class conversion / recruitment
  • Establish & nurture relations with Sales Leaders across broad base of client targets
  • Work closely with the Solution Specialists to address business opportunities & client needs
  • Lead RFP & contract negotiation processes with client prospects / partners as required
  • Become a recognized voice at relevant conferences & industry events



  • Commercial leaders, production departments


  • Sales and Trade Marketing leaders in FMCG companies


  • Proven success in all aspects of sales including: prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with C-level and other decision-makers
  • Demonstrated ability to impact, influence and make decisions
  • Passionate relationship developer with knowledge of enterprise selling
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to quickly adapt
  • Understanding of FMCG industry and trends will be a plus.
  • Candidates with experience of sales force leadership and experience will have a significant advantage (Manufacturer and / or Retailer)
