The main goal is to drive Nielsen shopper qualitative business and to deliver shopper projects to the clients


Managing key account relationships with the respective Clients: translating the business issue of the client into proposals and managing the process till delivery of results with different stakeholders in the organization (both qualitative and quantitative projects).

  • Communication with Clients on the constant base
  • Communication with Nielsen departments (field & data processing) to provide timely results delivery of high quality
  • Development and approval of research materials with Client (timing, guide and questionnaire, report format, etc.)
  • Project administration: legal documents, manage project schedule and timely delivery to Client
  • Qualitative fieldwork conduction
  • Prepare standard and upon-request analytical reports
  • Presentation of the study results personally or via phone

Developing new sales leads through current relationships and helping with the business development and account management function that includes understanding client business issues, educating them about shopper and Nielsen shopper solutions

  • Writing research proposals answering the Client’s business questions
  • Develop client relationships & generate new revenue with existing and new Clients
  • Prepare and perform presentations of new products/methodologies/global research for Clients
  • Seek for opportunities to extend cooperation with Client through new projects


  • Understanding of research business specific: how the research project looks like; main stages of the project
  • Experience in qualitative research 5 years and more
  • Facilitation experience of different type of studies (FGD, expert interviews, IDI, home visits, AST etc)
  • High level of analytics in terms of depth, structure and speed
  • Experience and understanding of quantitative research tools is a plus
  • Shopper research business understanding is a plus
  • Experience of translating the business issue into proposals
  • Client accounting experience
  • Independent project management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Negotiations skills
  • Ability to work on several projects at the same time and stress resistance
  • Team player
  • Fluent English in written and oral and literate Russian in written and oral
