Main responsibilities – migration control and partly labor safety establishment in the company. HR specialist will be responsible for all international newcomers in our team from document point of view, will take care of their legal status in Russia. In addition there are a lot of opportunities to take part in other projects within HR department and develop as a professional in HR.
Management of migration control:
- Prepare documents for migration registration, preparation of documents for admission and dismissal of foreign employees;
- Control deadlines of migration registration of foreign citizens;
- Ensure the legal status of foreign employees is actual;
- Control and help to organize the schedule of necessary trips;
- Collect and return of foreigners documents, in accordance with the validity of the document;
- Monitor migration law changes and communicate it to the team, implement appropriate changes to the process.
Taking part in other HR projects:
- Health and safety control;
- Team events organization;
- Performance review process support.
