- Reception and forwarding of calls, advising clients on activities of the company, working with postal services;
- Maintaining of technical equipment in working order, assuring day-to-day operations of the office (organisation of procurement, acceptance and record of household and office supplies, consumables);
- Organization of business trips for employees (visa assistance, search for the most convenient route, hotel and transport reservation);
- Complete document management;
- Co-ordination and control over the work of drivers (two persons) and technical assistance personnel;
- Partial performance of HR functions (managing of employment and employment termination documentation, preparation and approval of relevant administrative orders, execution and record of work books; time-keeping; organization of off-site corporate events).
- Assisting to Directors, and sub-lease companies
- At least 2 years’ experience on office admin position.
- Analytical mind-set, high performance and efficiency.
- Fluency in English.
- Employment under contract basis.
- Five-days per week, from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.
- The start date: October 2016
- Probation period: 3 months
- Vacation: 24 calendar days as per local legislation
