- Organize document flow related to the installation, maintenance Cash Management System; collect, check documents, empower persons authorized by customer etc;
- Identify customer needs, formulate technical solutions;
- Support clients on daily basis: clients help desk, call center;
- Collect documents and coordinate processes related to accounts opening / closing, customer files renewal in accordance with the internal rules and policies;
- Input and update clients’ data in banking systems;
- Assist to employees of unit in the frame of activities related to Client;
- Prepare and monitor reports related to the Customer Service activities;
- Take part in updating and edition of internal procedures;
- Participate in internal and external meetings and negotiations in scope of Customer Service functions;
- Prepare presentations and other materials of the unit;
- Interaction with inspecting organizations including but not limited to internal audit.
- Relevant experience with mid / large clients;
- Communication skills;
- Knowledge of banking products;
- English advanced.
