  • Organize document flow related to the installation, maintenance Cash Management System; collect, check documents, empower persons authorized by customer etc;
  • Identify customer needs, formulate technical solutions;
  • Support clients on daily basis: clients help desk, call center;
  • Collect documents and coordinate processes related to accounts opening / closing, customer files renewal in accordance with the internal rules and policies;
  • Input and update clients’ data in banking systems;
  • Assist to employees of unit in the frame of activities related to Client;
  • Prepare and monitor reports related to the Customer Service activities;
  • Take part in updating and edition of internal procedures;
  • Participate in internal and external meetings and negotiations in scope of Customer Service functions;
  • Prepare presentations and other materials of the unit;
  • Interaction with inspecting organizations including but not limited to internal audit.


  • Relevant experience with mid / large clients;
  • Communication skills;
  • Knowledge of banking products;
  • English advanced.
