Our Client, one of the world's leading home appliances companies is announcing an opening for Consumer Service Specialist position.
- maintaining and developing technical support of field operations on the territory of Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan;
- auditing and qualifying service centers;
- taking care of qualification of dealer services, their education and technical support, technical data supplying;
- driving development of service network and their KPI performance (both costs and service level);
- support continuous improvement of field operations work;
- technical support for contact centers;
- dealing with complicated consumer complaints, good knowledge of Ukranian consumer protection law;
- driving product exchange process;
- implementation and administration of new claim validation process and tool;
- driving quality improvement process with the factories.
- university Degree (Technical);
- 3+ years of experience in experience at the same role of Technical Support Engineer or Customer Service Specialist;
- experience with management and development of service centers;
- working knowledge of English;
- strong leadership, communication, negotiation skills.
