Responsibilities :

- coordinating specific marketing projects,
- organizing travel arrangements for department employees and visitors,
- coordinating Manager's working schedule,
- arranging business meetings for the department,
- translations to/from English/Russian,
- typing of documents in Russian/English,
- coordinating documents turnover,
- preparing MS PowerPoint presentations,
- processing finance reports,
- house-keeping for the department.

Requirements :

- at least 2 years of administrative experience,
- university degree,
- fluent English/Russian (oral and written),
- excellent knowledge of PC software (Word, Excel, Power Point, Lotus Notes etc.),
- understanding of all related office equipment,
- touch typing skills (Russian/English) as a plus,
- excellent communication skills, good planning and organizational skills, ability to handle multitasks
