Key responsibilities/duties:

Responsible for:

•Digital Chanel strategy ownership from functional and usage point of view

•Defining and managing digital channel process and development

•Define and manage customer path analysis in digital area

•IT Specification management (IT lifecycle responsibility – analysis, specification, development, testing management)

•Responsibility for digital channel penetration in customer base and usage attractiveness development

•Monitoring of efficiency of digital channels and processes

•Responsibility for cross management in area of remote channels (Telesales, Online)


•Customer base analysis (digital channel info analysis, validity, segmentation)

•Usage reporting

•Penetration reporting


•To manage and develop Digital Marketing strategy

•To manage and develop Digital channels (On-Line, Mobile, Social) and its strategy

•Responsibility for development and enhancement in digital channel usage (e-mail, mobile, web, social)

•Digital channel competitive analysis and new trend monitoring

•Digital channel reporting and analysis design

Experience and expertise:

•University Degree - Marketing, Digital marketing, New technologies, IT

•At least 2-4 year experience in Marketing, Mobile application development

•Experience in area of Mobile and Web applications

•Experienced in Business specifications, Process management, Marketing, Customer life cycle management in digital area

•Has knowledge of New technologies (E-Mail, Zalo, WeChat, Mobile applications, Payment channels – Payoo, MoMo)

•Able to work under the pressure

•Managerial skills are advantage

•Project management skills

•Good at presentation, negotiation, communication skills in English both written and spoken

English - Advence level

•Open-minded, creative, result-oriented, hard-working, team work

•Cooperation, negotiation , presentation and decision making skills

•Good sense to give challenges, inputs to staffs and all branding layout as well
